Binance Crypto Visa Cards Are Now Available in European Economic Areas

The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance which provides a platform for trading various cryptocurrencies, has officially announced that its cryptocurrency debit card is now available in the European Economic Area or EEA.
Through a blog on Tuesday, Binance stated that Visa Card is now available to everyone in European countries and with Binance Visa Card, users can use the crypto assets in their Binance account to spend and transact at more than 60 million locations around the world, wherever Visa is accepted. Users can now also link their Binance Card virtually with Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
To celebrate the launch in Europe, Binance Visa Card is offering the highest cashback rate available in the market date, up to 7% cashback on purchases with the card.
Since announcing its plans for Binance Visa Card in April, Binance has been aggressively pushing the new Visa Debit Card. Binance and Swipe officially announced the acquisition on July 6, claiming that the new collaboration will push “further mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies” by bridging the gap between fiat and digital assets and the firm also affirmed that in the month of August, EEA-based users will be able to apply for the card.
Binance noted that Binance Visa Card is allowing the crypto users to spend crypto like Bitcoin (BTC) at 60 million locations around the world, as it converts the user’s crypto funds into a local currency automatically.
As per the announcement, Binance Card will support a total of four cryptocurrencies at the launch includes Bitcoin (BTC), Swipe’s native SXP token, as well as Binance’s native token BNB and stablecoin, Binance USD (BUSD) and Binance Card users will be able to recharge their card wallet directly from their spot wallet on Binance as well as choose the order of preference to debit their BTC, BNB, SXP and BUSD assets.

In early September, a senior executive of Binance said, that as now when the Binance card is powered by Binance-owned crypto debit provider Swipe, the new product might soon enter the United States and they are working on the rollout of its crypto debit card in Russia.
